I absolutely LOVE slow cooker meals!!
There is nothing quite as convenient as being able to throw a bunch of ingredients together in a slow cooker and just let it cook all day while you go about your daily routine.
I’ve found that convenience is key for gluten free and dairy free cooking so I use my slow cooker a lot.
Most slow cooker recipes also make a lot of food all at once so I will usually get an additional 2-3 meals that I can have for lunches throughout the week.
I also love how much flavor you get out of food from slow cooking it.

It’s also so warm and comforting that I forget how healthy it is while I’m eating it.
