Breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day. Probably because most of my favorite breakfast recipes are basically like eating dessert.
After I found out about my food allergies, I was determined to come up with recipes for all of my favorites because there was just no way I was going to live without pancakes or doughnuts!
After four years of eating gluten free and dairy free, I can officially say that I have amazing recipes for EVERY breakfast food I loved before my food allergies, woo hoo!
Below are the links to my top 10 favorite breakfast recipes. I make them all the time and my whole family loves them!
I even host breakfast/brunch for my gluten loving family members and they all love the food. That is success in my mind!
The other awesome thing is that most of these recipes are a lot healthier than their traditional gluten filled recipes.
That’s because I use healthier flours where possible and most of the recipes are refined sugar free.
I hope you love these recipes as much as my whole family does!
These cinnamon rolls may be gluten free, dairy free, and refined sugar free, but they are REAL cinnamon rolls people, real ones! They looked like cinnamon rolls, they smelled like cinnamon rolls, they were soft like cinnamon rolls, and by golly they tasted like cinnamon rolls!
These pancakes are beautifully fluffy and have a wonderful flavor. I would actually go so far to say that I like these pancakes better than any gluten filled pancakes I had before food allergies!
These gluten free, vegan, and refined sugar free banana nut muffins are super easy to put together and have that delicious banana bread flavor that I wanted. I also love that they are made with almond flour and oat flour making them a healthier muffin option.
Let me tell you something, I NEVER thought I could be so excited about an oatmeal based recipe as I was when I took my first bite of these baked oatmeal bars. They are delicious, sweet, and were so easy to make. They really remind me of banana bread flavor wise but have an awesome almond butter and oat flavor as well.
These gluten free, vegan, and refined sugar free blueberry oat muffins are so good! The texture is soft but hearty because of the oats and the sweet blueberry flavor was exactly what I look for in a good blueberry muffin. They were also super easy to make. They only require one bowl and took me about 10 minutes the get into the oven.
These gluten free, vegan, and refined sugar free pumpkin waffles and pancakes were AMAZING! One of the best parts about this recipe is that you can use the same batter for pancakes and waffles. The pancakes were soft and fluffy and the waffles were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
