Ingredients

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup water or dairy free milk of choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tbsp gluten free oats oats (optional)
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup strawberries 

Mixed Berry Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup water or dairy free milk of choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tbsp gluten free oats oats (optional)
  • 1 cup mixed berries 

Tropical Pineapple Mango Smoothie Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup water or dairy free milk of choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 2 tbsp gluten free oats (optional)
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/2 cup pineapple 

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients for the smoothie recipe you are making to a high powered blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.

To Make Smoothie Freezer Packs:

  1. Label plastic freezer bags.
  2. Cut bananas into chunks to make blending easier once frozen.
  3. Add all ingredients except water and nut butter to a plastic freezer bag.
  4. Press the air out of the bag and seal tightly.  Place in the freezer.
  5. When ready to make the smoothie, add water (or dairy free milk) and nut butter to a high powdered blender.  Pour the frozen ingredients into the blender.
  6. Blend until smooth.  Note: you may need to add more liquid as you are blending.
